Want to be part of something amazing? We are opening a hostel and night shelter for single homeless people and rough sleepers, and we are looking for passionate and committed people to join us in creating this new service.

The role of Project Assistant is a key element of the support offer. You will ensure that those we support and visitors to the hostel and night shelter receive a friendly welcome.

You will support the effective running of the hostel, dealing with face to face and telephone enquiries, processing rent payments, inputting data regarding hostel residents on to relevant databases and supporting the wider staff team to help those we support to manage their behaviour and maintain their tenancies.

Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for the safety and security of the building and the residents, especially outside of normal business hours. The post involves some weekend working
