The Bridge is the rebranded 112 bedroom student accommodation project operated by YMCA Guildford. It’s a very exciting time for ‘The Bridge’ as we set out a new customer service focused approach to support young people to belong, contribute and thrive as they study. The accommodation has on site catering served by ‘The Bridge Kitchen’. We have a unique offer for students which includes food and a range of activities all included in their stay.

The Accommodation Assistant will work with colleagues within The Bridge crew to ensure the effective day to day operation of The Bridge accommodation offer. The Accommodation Assistant will be the face of The Bridge and ensure a quality reception service for all residents, guests and potential clients. The Bridge Accommodation Assistant will bring an enthusiastic and upbeat approach to the role to provide residents and guests with an outstanding customer experience.

The Accommodation Assistant will have experience of customer service and be able to make students feel welcome and at ease. Administrative and computer skills would be beneficial.

The role will be based at The Bridge in Guildford. Shifts are 8am – 4pm or 2pm – 10am, on a rolling rota to include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays (holiday allowance included).
