This report examines the role of the job centre in helping young people to find employment and fulfill their potential.

Given that successive governments have tried in various ways to combat rise in youth unemployment with only mixed success, this research sought to give young people a voice in shaping any new approach offered, including the introduction of a Youth Obligation, a back-to-work scheme announced by the Government as part of the Summer Budget in 2015.
