New YMCA Federation Strategy for England & Wales

As set out in our own 2020 Vision, we believe that being part of, and playing an active role in the YMCA Federation is an important element of who we are as a local YMCA. I am really encouraged that the YMCA Federation is being proactive in its response to a difficult external funding and social environment.
I believe the strong theme of greater collaboration within the Federation fits well with our own local experience and strategy, and is important for ensuring the YMCA Federation remains an important institution in our society. I encourage you to find ten minutes to read the Strategy and get a greater understanding of what is happening within the YMCA at a national level.
