Exit Interview

The purpose of this questionnaire is to encourage a staff member to look back over their period of service with the YMCA DownsLink Group and provide some evaluation and constructive feedback in the spirit of learning and improvement for future planning and staffing arrangements. It can be carried out in the final month of employment with a member of the HR team or senior staff member who is not their line manager; alternatively it can be completed independently.
