About the Position

Reception and Administration Volunteer
Youth Advice Centre (YAC)
Minimum 12 month period of commitment
Minimum 3 hours per week
Hours: between 3pm – 6pm Monday to Thursday and 3pm – 5.30pm Friday

We are looking for volunteers who would like experience in an administrative setting in a busy, charity youth support service. This will involve working with the YAC team to keep monitoring systems up to date, manage the drop-in space for our ‘Support and Advice’ daily support service and communicate effectively with our Advice staff and volunteers. Volunteers will be offered a thorough induction, as well as extensive training and supervision support via our volunteer coordinator.

Successful applicants are required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure via the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
