Youth Work Manager
37.5 Hours per week
£28,000 per annum

YMCA DownsLink Group are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to co-ordinate our community-based youth work programme in Eastbourne, the role will oversee the delivery of youth work activities and lead on the embedding of youth participation and influencing opportunities in local neighbourhoods.

The post holder will also support the delivery and development of a multi-agency youth advice offer from YAC in Eastbourne.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an interest in service development and co-production and who understands and values a community-based youth work approach alongside targeted provision through advice hubs (YIACS model).

The post holder will be responsible for managing a small team of paid staff and volunteers and will work closely with other youth providers in the borough.
