Projects Manager
Guildford
Full Time – 37.5 hours per week
Fixed Term Contract for 1 year
£28,745 per annum

We are recruiting a Projects Manager to be responsible for the day to day management of our community accommodation project with 34 beds which provides housing to young people with support needs.

The Projects Manager will directly supervise the staff teams to ensure that residents receive a high quality housing management and support service to enable them to develop personally and socially and towards independent living.

We are seeking someone to confirm that safe services are delivered that achieve outcomes for service users. They will ensure that service targets are met, within budget, and that progress towards objectives is measurable, monitored and well-managed.

The Projects Manager will liaise closely with service users, local authorities, commissioners, partner agencies and other relevant stakeholders in the community to ensure positive relationships are developed and maintained.
