We are recruiting a Project Worker to work alongside our wider housing team to support the day-to-day operation of our accommodation for young people aged sixteen to twenty-five.

The role includes delivering one to one sessions and groups work sessions to assist residents to develop personally and socially in order that they grow in confidence and move towards independence within their local community.

You will work with the team to ensure that young people are engaged in effective support planning, working towards achievable goals so they can move towards positive outcomes.

You must have experience working with young people, particularly those considered to have multiple and complex support needs and be able to manage unacceptable behaviour and de-escalate situations appropriately.

You should have the ability to engage, motivate, inspire and empower young people; and will be required to manage tasks to ensure the safe running of the building your working in and the safeguarding of residents we support.

The role involves working on a rota pattern, which includes evenings. Shifts are Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm or 1pm – 9pm.
