Want to be part of something amazing? We are opening a hostel and night shelter for single homeless people and rough sleepers, and we are looking for passionate and committed people to join us in creating this new service.

We are recruiting Project Workers to contribute to the provision of high quality, safe, welcoming and secure supported housing and night shelter services for single homeless people and rough sleepers, providing assessment and onward support into sustainable accommodation or reconnection.

Using Psychologically Informed Environment practices, Trauma Informed Approach and restorative practice, you will coach an agreed number of residents to articulate and achieve their aspirations and ambitions, and acquire the skills they need to live independent and fulfilling lives.

You must have experience working with single homeless people or rough sleepers, particularly those considered to have multiple and complex support needs and you should have the ability to engage, motivate, inspire and empower people.

This is challenging yet rewarding work that helps the people we support to belong, contribute, and thrive.

The role involves working on a rota pattern, with flexible early and late shifts worked across 7 days, including alternate weekends.
