Salary: £24,555 per annum

Hours: 37.5 Hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Closing date: 23rd September 2021

About the Position

We are recruiting to our mobile and static Night Support Teams to work within our supported housing projects in West Sussex. You will be primarily based at Horsham Y Centre where you will provide a reception service as well as routinely checking the whole project alongside your static colleagues. You will also travel to unstaffed projects in the local Horsham and mid-Sussex area.

You will work within our properties that provide accommodation and associated support services to young people and adults. The role requires maintaining accurate records and keeping our properties safe and secure throughout the night. An understanding of the support needs of the people we work with and experience of working with similar clients – and the challenges that can arise – is essential.

The shifts are waking nights worked on a rota of 4-on 4-off. You will either provide mobile support to our dispersed and staffed properties as well as providing occasional static cover or work at one of our projects in Horsham and Mid-Sussex. For this mobile post, a driving licence is essential; a vehicle can be provided if required.

The position comes with excellent benefits, including 27 days annual leave per annum (plus bank holidays), a company sick pay scheme, a life assurance policy of 2x your annual salary, a health and wellbeing cash plan, and a cycle to work scheme.
