An exciting opportunity has arisen to establish a new offer within YMCA Dialogue’s counselling service in West Sussex to girls and young women. The role will coordinate and deliver an innovative and clinically excellent therapeutic service for girls and young women aged 16-25. This service will include one to one counselling, group work and building partnerships with other VAWG (Violence Against Women and Girls) services, particularly those specialising in supporting BAME (Black and Minority Ethnic) women and girls. The post holder will be required to establish the service in West Sussex by building strong partnerships with other agencies.

You must be a qualified counsellor, who is experienced in working with young people (ideally girls and young women), have 2 years post qualifying experience. You will need to be BACP Registered/Accredited or registered with another recognised professional body (e.g. HPC, UKCP).
