£7,800 per annum

We are currently seeking an apprentice to join our existing team based in Hove. Your day-to-day tasks will include all areas of administration of processing transactions, including taking phone calls and supporting the team.

We will be sending the candidate to college to study their AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) Level 2 – 4 with day release.

Your Daily tasks will include:

  • To open, sort the post and distribute it to the appropriate members of the team.
  • To input invoices and credit notes onto the purchase ledger invoice register through capture.
  • To deal with all filing and archiving in a timely manner.
  • To process bank and banking transactions into the accounts package

The candidate should have good organisational skills and be motivated, reliable and adaptable. They should have a high level of numeracy skills and be able to use their own initiative and work as part of a team.

We require no previous qualifications but would like a willingness to learn with a can do attitude.
