This report examines the available evidence and statistics on the factors and characteristics of families currently living in poverty within the UK.
Within the UK there are 3.9 million children living in poverty and this impacts every area of a young person’s development.
This report seeks to highlight some of the most common characteristics that place families at greater risk of facing poverty during their lifetime.
