Student accommodation in Guildford

Are you a student looking for somewhere to stay in Guildford for the academic year?

We have rooms from £198 per week* for students studying locally eg at the neighbouring Academy of Contemporary Music. This weekly rate is for a standard (not en suite) single room which includes breakfast and evening meals as well as all bills (not TV licence). En suite rooms are also available for £239 per week*.

Each room is comfortably furnished and has a wash basin, colour TV, private telephone and plenty of storage. Standard rooms share an adjoining shower and toilet between two rooms. You’ll enjoy breakfast and evening meals in our bright, airy Café.  You are also welcome to buy snacks and lunch in the café throughout the day when it is open to the public.  There is a wireless internet connection** available on the ground floor.

We enjoy a prime location close to the town centre, as well as being opposite the railway station, with excellent rail links to London and beyond.
